Good to know
How do I know the guides are legit?
Every guide and lodge is reviewed and approved by our team before going live, with proof of insurance on file.
When am I charged?
When you book. Your card is charged in full at checkout, which secures your date and is what lets us show only dates that are really open.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel more than 48 hours before the start and you are refunded what you paid, less the card processing fee (about 3%). Inside 48 hours there is no refund. If a guide or lodge cancels, or a trip is cancelled for weather, you get a full refund.
Can I book just one thing?
Yes. Book a guide or a lodge on its own, or choose a lodge's trip + stay package to get both in one booking.
What if something goes wrong?
Use the "Report a problem" link in your confirmation email or your account. We will contact the guide or lodge and step in if needed. The Help Center has the full details.
